To help us better serve you please review the following:
  • Please make sure we have proper access to your home such as key or code
  • Prior to our arrival and if you have pets please secure them for their protection.
  • Payment is due at time of clean by check or cash only. Please know that any returned checks will be charged a fee.
  • If your family is home during the clean please make sure all small children are not left unattended due to the dangerous chemicals and cleaning tools.
  • Please know we here there to clean your home. We would greatly appreciate that you have your belongings picked up (unless negotiated with your estimate) so we can service you better. Extra work duties that you would like done, please notify us 48 hours prior so we may adjust our schedule accordingly.
  • Please know we are not open on Holidays. Scheduled clean may change.
  • Our goal at Heavenly Hands Cleaning Service is to have a Satisfied Customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your clean please inform us with 8 hours of any concerns. We will make it right!
  • For customers with an Ongoing, Continual Cleaning Agreement - if a cleaning appointment is canceled or skipped and home condition worsens because of this, an additional charge will be added at our discretion.
  • Rates may change
  • CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING or TIME CHANGES must be given 48 hours prior to the day of your clean or there will be a fee.
